Fitness has been a part of my life for more than 25 years, but my journey has been anything but straightforward.
I first discovered my passion for training as a high school wrestler. Over the years, that passion evolved as I became a firefighter, dedicated myself to powerlifting, and continually challenged myself to become stronger—both physically and mentally.
At 38 years old, everything changed when I suffered a complete pectoral tendon tear.
That injury marked the end of my powerlifting career, but it also opened the door to a new challenge. Although my physique had been permanently altered, I chose to pursue bodybuilding—a sport that rewards balance, symmetry, and precision. It wasn’t the obvious path, but it became the next chapter of my fitness journey.
I went on to start my competitive bodybuilding journey where I have placed top 3 at multiple shows and qualified for Nationals where I will one day compete for the coveted IFBB Pro Card.
While I’m proud of those accomplishments, the greatest lesson came long before stepping on stage.
That injury taught me that long-term success isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, adaptability, and having a plan that fits your life.
Those lessons became the foundation of Project Physique Coaching.
I founded Project Physique Coaching because I believe there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Every client has different goals, schedules, strengths, and challenges. That’s why every coaching plan is built specifically for the individual—not copied from a template.
My role isn’t simply to provide a meal plan or workout program. It’s to develop a personalized strategy, guide you through the process, and adjust your plan as you continue to grow.
My coaching is built on three core principles:
Together, these principles help clients:
One of my core beliefs is simple:
Education creates independence.
Accountability creates consistency.
Consistency creates transformation.
Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after years away, or striving to take your physique to the next level, my goal is to provide the knowledge, structure, and support you need to succeed.
Because real coaching isn’t about creating dependence—it’s about giving you the confidence and skills to achieve lasting results on your own.
